180 Degree Rule whilst filming and a short script.

The 180 Degree rule whilst filming is used when 2 characters in a certain scene are having a conversation where they maintain there left and right shoulders so the camera can cross over.

Quick Script using the 180 Degree Rule-
Camera on the left side of Alice.

Drake:
''Alice, i have something very important to ask you."

Camera moves across to behind Drakes right shoulder.

Alice:
''what is Drake? You're scaring me."

Camera changes back to being behind Alice's left shoulder.

Drake:
*laughs* ''Its nothing bad, i just wanted to tell you that i love you with all my heart, and want to spend the rest of my life with you. *Goes on to one knee* Will you marry me?''

Camera quickly goes behind to Drakes right shoulder.

Alice:
*in complete shock* ''Yes, of course I will. I love you too!''

Drake and Alice kiss and hug.
End of Scene.
