Sherlock is a British television crime drama that presents a contemporary update of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes detective stories.

Various age ranges can watch this drama as Sherlock is a crime and detective drama. Children as young as 9 watch this because at this age many of them want to become 'dectives' and solve crimes when they become older. However this doesnt mean that alduts cant watch it.
Gender-
The majourity of the gender for the audience of this programme would be males due to the protagonist being a male.
Location-
As Sherlock is based in Centeral London many views would be coming from the hub of London. I personally believe that less views would come from the SOuth and East of London as there society is much diefferent to the one shown in London.
Likes and Dislikes-
People who like crime/detective programmews would love to watch this. People who love mysteries would also enjoy watching this. Adults who love watching programmes where they have to think about the stroy and what is going to happen next would also want to watch it.
People who dislike suspense would hate this programme because most of this drama is based on suspense. People who dont like to be a part of mind games would also dislike this.
Job-
People with any jobs could really watch this becasue its a very verse programme. However some people who have stressful jobs may want to come back to watching a programme where they dont have to think.
